Tea and Cookie Service Projects

Tea and Cookie has a strong commitment to service within our community, nationally and internationally. We sponsor several service projects every year with an emphasis on education and organizations serving persons in need.

Clackamas Women's Services

Mission:

To foster self-empowerment of women and children so they can establish lives free of domestic and sexual violence.

Since 1985, Clackamas Women's Services has safely sheltered over 7,000 women and children within the walls of our two shelters. With living areas painted rich, warm colors, and further graced with astonishing murals, the shelters represent something that many of its residents have not experienced for a very long time-a home that is safe and welcoming, a place of refuge, not a place of fear.

Tea and Cookie and Sachi Wellness Center sponsored a Giving Tree.  We collected books, gift cards, toys and many other items.  We met for the Tea and Cookie Christmas Party to wrap everything.

Transitions Projects

The mission of Transition Projects is to serve people's basic needs as they transition from homelessness to housing.  Tea and Cookie prepares and serves meals for this organization.

Tea and Cookie provided a meal at the Glisan Center on August 5, 2009.

Sisters of the Road Meal Coupons
