Study groups are a chance for small groups to delve into more depth on a particular topic and learn together. Anyone is welcome to join at any time. We're an easy going bunch and we enjoy talking about topics that interest us especially with newcomers!

Astrology Study Group

This group is open to anyone interested in learning and studying Astrology with others of like-minds. We will begin by taking a basic look at planets, signs and houses.  We will then move on to looking at aspects and transits.  

Recommended, but not necessary, texts are: The Wisdom and the Way of Astrology by Goswami Kiryananda,  Planets in Transit by Robert Hand and Parker's Astrology.  All are available new and sometimes used on Amazon.  It should be a fun group where we can explore and learn this mystical science together.

Yoga: the Mystical Teachings

Most of us have heard about Hatha Yoga and Meditation but most of us don't realize that the mystical yoga teachings are one of the oldest paths to transformation. This study group is open to anyone interested in learning more about the teachings of yoga as a path to liberation and samadhi. Topics will include: Karma, the Eight Limbs of Yoga, Reincarnation, the Gunas, the Chakras, the Sutras etc... or anything else the group wants to explore. Bring your questions and your experiences and we will learn together!
